This snapshot of data from the Department of Health and Aged Care provides key figures about aged care in the 2021–22 financial year up to 30 June 2022 and is a companion to the 2021–22 Report on the Operation of the Aged Care Act 1997. The third and final release (29/11/2022) completes the Aged Care Data Snapshot 2022, and provides Aged Care client summary data, Home Care data, Home Support data, Short Term Restorative Care data, assessments and approvals and updates to the residential care elapsed time data.
